Hey Hey Hey!
Today, I was going to do my first makeup review. So I've been trying to take pictures of products. But it is really annoying and frustrating because my camera is not that great. When I got it 3 years ago, it was expensive and had good megapixels. But now, cameras have twice the megapixels and are HD. So mine isn't considered great anymore. :(
The pictures of items have not come out well...at all. Some are too blury, some are overexposed, some are too dark, some are way out of focus, and it sucks. My camera has many different settings so I've been trying to find one that would work well on close ups of objects. Since I want to take pictures of makeup, the lighting is very important so that the picture is very close to the color of the makeup.
Today, I took so many pictures (I should have counted) to get just one good picture. Which, isn't even that good.
So I'm apologizing ahead of time for any bad pictures that I'll have to post. Hopefully most of them will be good. But if there are any bad ones, I'm sorry. :(

Technology. As soon as you buy it, it becomes obsolete. I hate when the newer, cooler, and just all 'round better technology comes out. That's when you find out that you spent your money on a piece of crap. Especially with stuff like cameras. They're always increasing the resolution, the clarity, etc. All that camera-y stuff that I don't know about. ?__?
I honestly wouldn't even worry about the pictures for now. Not unless you're able to take the perfect picture. It's just not worth it. I know I will get the gist of what you're trying to explain without anything visual. Maybe others will, too. I'm just ready for you to start blogging about your massive make-up collection. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Wow...I think I was babbling...just a tad. Hopefully you understand what I was trying to say. =)
You could not have said that better! When I got my camera I was amazed my how great it was, and now i'm annoyed by how not great it is. But I guess it's enough for now. Even though I'd like to buy a new one....
Yea, it's a good idea to not worry about the pictures. I will type whatever can't be read on the product. The main thing I'm concerned about on the pictures is the color of makeup.
I'm ready to blog about my makeup too! I wrote a review today but the pictures wouldn't upload :(. So I'll try to figure that out so I can post it!
What can I say? I have a way with words. =P Do you think you will ask for a new camera for Christmas or your birthday? Considering the age of your camera, it takes good pictures. I was surprised.
Speaking of cameras...have you seen that Samsung Dual View camera? The one with the 1.5 inch screen on the front for portraits and the 3 inch touch screen on the back? That looks AMAZING! =D
I'm glad that you're able to post pictures now. That means make-up blogs galore for me to indulge in. I really know nothing about make-up. It's a shame.
No, because I've told my parents I want a new one, and they yelled at me. Saying that my camera was expensive and that it's really good and that it isn't that old :(. That samsung camera is so freaking awesome! I am so happy someone invented that, it was a genius idea!!
I'm glad too :) Even thought it takes forever to get one good picture. I'm so excited to do makeup stuff! I have alot of ideas. :) You do know about makeup! You wear super bright and colorful eyeshadow :) It's awesome.
