I totatlly want blue hair now. Seriously. It looks awesome!! haha!This is just photoshopped! =)
My cousin did this for me. She also did some other colors but I actually like the blue. On this picture, the blue isn't that bright or neon, it's just a light blue. And you can see the blonde at the very tips.
If I ever decide to dye my hair a crazy color, I'll definitely know which one.

I really want to!!! How amazing would that be?? In the near future, I definitely want to put blue somewhere in my hair. Maybe a streak or two?
