I finally found the special characters on my laptop
Actually I didn't find them myself. I saw it on the internet how to use them. So now that I found the thing, I have it pinned to my taskbar. Yay! I've really missed these since I got my laptop.

Oh they're not keys! It's called the Character Map and I found it under the Accessories folder in All Programs.
