a PROM dress!!!
Yep, that's right, Diana is going to prom this year.
I'm pretty excited. I love dancing, and Prom is a big dance, so I'm going to get my dance on!! Woot woot!
But anyways, this post is about shopping! I'm going today with my mom. She has been bugging me about it for a WHILE now. She was very surprised when I told her I was going to prom. She found it hard to believe that a boy actually asked me...
So yep yep, I'm hoping I find a cute dress!! I HATE wearing dresses. =( So I'm not looking forward to trying to find one that looks good on me. But oh well...I need a dress. And I'm happy to get to go to Prom this year, so you bet I'll put that dress on!! =)

Coastal Scents: St Patrick's Day Green Makeup!!
St. Patrick's Day!! Yay!! I have to admit, that this is one holiday I don't really get into. But I did this year! I wore 2 St. Patrick's Day t-shirts to school, along with my fourleaf clover necklace! And green eye makeup of course!!! Green is one of my favorite colors to use on my eyes. I LOVE it. I wore this last week when I wore my "Kiss me I'm NOT Irish" shirt.
I used my Coastal Scents palette of course!! I used white, green, and silver. Then I used black liquid liner. Very simple and freaking cute!!!

I added stripes!! MUCH better now!!

I had to do something to my nails. I had to add something to the pink. So I added ....black diagonal stripes!!!
They're messy!! :( I peeled off the tape before the black was completely dry. Oh well. Still cute, right??

Nicole by OPI pink!
Hey Hey Hey!
My friend Lindsey let me borrow another polish. Thanks!! We were sitting at lunch and she just pulled it out of her purse, and I was like Yay!!! Haha. It's a Nicole by OPI polish. Which I've always wanted to try, but they're like $8 at Walmart!! I'm broke!! That's more than I want to spend on nail polish. So I'm very happy I got to try one!
The color is much more fuchsia, the pictures are lying! It's way darker too.
I was surprised how thick and gloppy this polish was. I was expecting it to be very smooth, but it wasn't. Applying it was not fun. Then waiting for it to dry was even worse. I guess I can say it was too sensitive to touch, it moved around and made huge dents where I could see my nail way too easily. Then it still looked really wet when it was dry. I'm not going to buy one of these Nicole polishes. :(

One of my life plans is to be the cat lady. I love cats. I love them so much. I can't wait til I can have my own pet cats!! I've been thinking of names for them for quite a while. And I really like my most recent idea!! I really want 3 cats. That's how many I'm planing to get. Of course, I'll probably get more haha. But anyway back to my name idea. One of them can be Michelangelo, another Donatello, and the other one Raphael!! :D

Cold Hands...Brrrr....
Hey Hey Hey!
I have added yet another band to my list of favorite bands. I now have...alot!!
Thanks to Treasure, my wonderful awesome friend, I now have three AFI albums. And they are great. I know AFI has been around for a while. A long while, but I've just recently started listening to them! I knew about them, but I didn't listen to their stuff. But I'm very open to music, so when Treasure let me borrow their cds to put on my laptop, I happily accepted. So one song that I am absolutely IN LOVE with (trust me, there's plenty! But I always blog about one song at a time) is Cold Hands. It's from their Crash Love album.
I picked this song to talk about because it's one of the first songs I listened to from the cd. And it's so great! I don't know what it's about. The song isn't literally about someone having cold hands. ...I don't think.

The Stepfather
Hey Hey Hey!
Don't marry serial killers. Just don't. It won't end well.
I recently saw The Stepfather.
Now, I'll start off by saying that this movie didn't catch much of my attention. I saw the commercials, wasn't too interested, didn't go see it in theaters. I was having a sleepover, and what's a good sleepover without DVDs?? So I'm in my DVD rental place, I picked a movie. Then I wanted to pick a scary movie. Well I didn't know which one, and my mom was rushing me, so I picked up The Stepfather. Now, let me tell you, I am so happy I rented it.
I really really really enjoyed this movie. I thought it was a great film.
**It's not anything extremely creative, or shocking. It's actually very cliche. It had moments that I've seen before. It had parts that reminded very much of Disturbia and Obsessed and The Uninvited. There were more movies too, but I can't think of them right now.
**The movie started out with the first scene being the scene where the stepfather is running away from the family he just killed. So you know he's a killer. You know right from the start that his goal is to kill the new family which the movie revolves around.
**There's eye candy. For boys and girls.
**Of course, there was the big fight scene at the end. I won't spoil how it ends, but it was pretty cool.
**I got very mad at parts. Parts where people died. Because I was all like "Nooo!!! Don't kill her/him!! Damn it, why did you have to kill her/him??" Some of my favorite characters died. But that just made the movie more interesting, because you got to see just how psycho this stepfather was.
**Overall, I was surprised at how much I liked this movie. It was way better than I expected it to be!!

I'm going to cry...
My eye is killing me. On Monday afternoon, my contact was bothering my eye. So I took it out. Then my eye was red. When I woke up yesterday, it was so freaking red!!!! It was scary. So I put it my eye drops, put on a small amount of eye makeup, put my glasses on (which I hate wearing in public) and went to school. I took my eye drops with me to use during the day. It helped for a little while, but then my eye just went red again. I was pretty embarrassed. Because a lot of people pointed it out. As if I didn't know already! I do appreciate their honesty however. During the whole day, it keep burning!! My eyes teared up so much, I almost cried multiple times. So today, I woke up and I was hoping it would be gone. But I looked in the mirror. And once again. My eyeball was red. Not as bad as yesterday, but still red. During the day, it would burn and I'd tear up. Not as bad as yesterday though. Now it's still red. I asked my mom to make an appointment at the eye doctor tomorrow. I hope my eye is okay!!!

Turquiose & Black Nails
Hey Hey Hey!
I absolutely LOVE doing my nails like this!! It's so simple, and CUTE :D
The turquoise polish is from Charlotte Russe. It belongs to my friend Lindsey (Thanks girl!!). The picture is such a liar. In person, the polish is more on the green side. This polish dries ridiculously fast. By the time I'm done with one nail, the one I painted before is already dry!! It's not very shiny, but it's not matte either.
The black polish is from Maybelline. It's decently shiny.
I used clear scotch tape to do this. It is super easy!! And since the turquoise polish dried so fast, it took me a very short amount of time to do this.
Sadly, I forgot to take a picture of just my nails, not holding nail polish.

Tip in Life about Shaving Cream

Always have 2 containers of shaving cream. I haven't ever seen a transparent container of it, so you can't tell when you're about to run out. Then you'll be in the shower trying to shave, and then no more shaving cream from the container. This can be very bad in situations. So always have 2, so when you run out unexpectedly, you still have shaving cream in your other container. Then go buy another one so you'll still have 2.

I freaking LOVE Lady Gaga. She's amazing. In every way.
I recently heard her song "Monster" and I am absolutely in love with it. Just like I'm in love with all her other songs.
I've been wanting her cd The Fame Monster for a very very very long time, but I just now bought it. I'm so mad that it's censored!! I got it in Walmart. And I didn't want to buy it there because I feared that it would be censored. But after hearing "Monster" I couldn't wait any longer.

so my school decided to have a screwed up exam schedule. The first two are tomorrow, on Friday. Then Monday through Wednesday we have the rest of them (six). They started our exams on Friday. I'm not the only one who thinks that's stupid, right?

I'm sooooo nervous

In school, I am taking Drama 2. So a major major part of the class is performing a class play. So on Wednesday, I will be in a play. I'm scared. I'm nervous. I don't want to be in a play. I was in a play once and I said 2 sentences. That was easy. In wasn't even on a stage (it was in a gym). But in this play, I say alot more than that. Way more. I'm a very important character. And I'm scared. This is my first real stage play. And I'm so scared. I have all my lines memorized. But it gets confusing when I'm supposed to say them. I am the only character in the play that breaks the fourth wall. So I talk to the audience for the whole thing except one part at the end. I'm the first person and last person to talk. So yea, I feel the pressure. Oh and did I mention that I'm scared?
