Colorful makeup with blue, green, orange, pink! :)

It's been a while since I've blogged about my makeup...
but anyways. Here is a look that I did one night. I put light blues on my eyelids and light green under my lower lash line. Then in the middle of my eyelid I put a little bit of a light orange. And then I put on light pink lipstick. And pink blush of course. The dress I was wearing was very colorful so I wanted to match my makeup!

I really wanted to use my bright orange lipstick :) So I did a tutorial using it. Yes, the whole makeup look was based on the lipstick :P

Copper Liner & Pink Lips

I really like wearing coppery bronze eye liner because I think it looks so flashy and eye catching. Especially with green eyes :)

White shadow & Black liner

So I know this is a bad picture. It's kinda blurry, my neck is bent, I'm really white, blah blah blah. But the makeup is pretty! I don't wear white eyeshadow often, but when I do I really like it. I put black liquid liner on my top lashes and then just gray pencil liner on the bottom. I really like how it came out! And it totally matched my zebra shirt :) I liked the pink lips too.

New Tutorial!

It's been such a long time since I've made a tutorial. But I really wanted to make another one so this is what I did. I think it's super cute. But then again I think all my tutorial looks are super cute....I know I'm biased okay? Haha :D

Silver & Pink :)

Silver and pink go so well together. I love doing my eyeshadow with those colors. This time I put silver on the majority of the lid, and then a bit of pink on the very end. I absolutely loved it! I think it's super cute :)

Pulse Perfection mascara REVIEW!

I bought Maybelline's Pulse Perfection mascara on an impulse...but I really like it and I'm glad I bought it! I filmed a review about it so you should check it out :) I could just tell you about it here, but....I'm too lazy right now and plus watching is better than reading. Agreed? Agreed!

Blue & Gold

Gold on the inner half. Blue on the outer half. Black liquid liner.
I didn't like this too much just because I didn't blend it well enough..maybe next time it'll look better...

Purple & Gold

I really liked this. I just put on purple eyeshadow all over my lids. And then I wanted to make it a bit interesting so I put gold right in the middle. I know the picture is not so good, but you can see some of the gold shimmering there. :)

Hot Pink Lipstick makes me happy!

Sadly, this is the best picture I took that day. Yea....Well the lipstick is pretty! Hot pink lipstick just looks so fun and cheerful and happy! I don't wear it often, but I think I should. I just don't have time to put it on in my car before school. To make it look really good, you need liner, lipstick, sometimes gloss, and carefulness and patience. Haha it's simple, but just takes more than 10 seconds.

Vanilla & Purple

I'm liking this vanilla color. It looks really pretty with a colorful shade right beside it. This time I used purple. I actually like this more than the light blue. But I don't think I used that same vanilla color, I think this one was actually light gold...not sure though. This is from quite some time ago, as you can see I was still blonde when I did this. So more than 2 weeks ago. I added a line of darker purple above my lashes on the outer half as well. You can see it if you look closely. I just love this look so much! :)

Vanilla & Light Blue

I didn't really know what to call the first color so I went with vanilla. It works? Well it's just that light neutral color. Then light blue on the outer half, dark blue liner on the water line. I thought it turned out really pretty! I should do it again soon..

I hate it when I don't realize my makeup is dried out

So I'm in a rush because I overslept. I put on some makeup, but I don't have time to do my eyeliner and mascara. The two most important eye makeup products. So I put a mascara and a liquid eyeliner in my makeup bag and leave. I get to school, and I have time to finish my makeup. I go to put on my liquid liner and it's completely dry. After I do one eye. So one eye has ugly looking liner and the other has none because it was completely dry. I mean, the liquid liner was a solid. So I try to wipe off that one eye's liner but seeing as I don't have makeup remover or a tissue it was difficult. Then I go to put on my mascara. Just to discover it's dry and empty. I can barely get any on my lashes, and I like to put on a lot of mascara!! It flakes all over my cheeks because it was dry. I had no other mascara or liquid liner in my makeup bag. So that's what I had to use. My makeup looked horrible today. =(

Matte neutral eye makeup

I was going to the movies, and when I sat down to do my makeup, I realized I needed to use foundation. My skin was looking really bad. My ColorStay is almost empty, so I had to use my PhotoReady. Which I hate. So because it makes my face sparkly (that's why I hate it if you didn't know already), I decided to do my eyemakeup with matte shadows. Just so my whole face doesn't sparkle and look like a disco ball! So this is what I did!

I don't know if I like it. I know the shadow doesn't look well blended on the picture, but I spent a good amount of time blending it. oh well, I guess it turned out okay..

I did a blog post reviewing this mascara, but since I dislike it so much, I decided to make a video about it.

Dream Mousse Eyeshadow

You know, I think these are discontinued. I haven't seem them in stores in months, maybe even a year, who knows? But I bought this one in Dollar Tree last winter. I have the shade Blue Heaven. The eye shadow is a mousse so it's all soft and creamy. Applying it is really fun actually. It's not very pigmented, and it's shimmery. The pretty color in the jar is not what you get when you put it on. The color on my lids is very soft, pastel, and light. And shimmery. BUT it is a good base for blue eyeshadows. It really works. Blue eyeshadow on top of this is vibrant, bright, and really really pretty!

I even talked about this is one of my Products I Regret Buying videos. But now I've found a way to make it work! As an eyeshadow, it sucks. As an eyeshadow base, it's great!
