The first time I heard this song was when I was driving home one day. The guy on the radio got a request for Christina Perri and I thought he was going to play Jar Of Hearts. But instead he played a different song. He played Arms. And I fell so deep in love with it. It is absolutely fantastic. It's a love song and some of the lyrics are very meaningful. The melody is gorgeous. It is such a beautiful song! One of the best I've heard this year. And I like that it's talking about arms. Because sometimes, all you really need is a hug. To be in someone's arms is a great feeling.

Colorful makeup with blue, green, orange, pink! :)

It's been a while since I've blogged about my makeup...
but anyways. Here is a look that I did one night. I put light blues on my eyelids and light green under my lower lash line. Then in the middle of my eyelid I put a little bit of a light orange. And then I put on light pink lipstick. And pink blush of course. The dress I was wearing was very colorful so I wanted to match my makeup!

Bus crash dream...where I have special powers!

Another ridiculous dream...
Me and my friends are at a party. My boyfriend decides it would be fun to go drive a school bus. Me and a few other people agree to come along. So we all get on this school bus which I have no idea where it came from. We drive around a bit. Then we find out that our driver, my boyfriend, does not know how to drive a bus. He ends up taking us down a steep hill. Maybe it was a cliff, I'm not sure. So the bus falls and breaks into 2 pieces. The front and the back. We're falling and the bus is spinning. We're all screaming for our lives. And then I have a flashback. I remember talking to an old man saying that no one will get hurt as long as I'm around. I have the ability to protect people. So then as soon as I remembered this, all was calm. That's when the dream ended. So it turned out that we all survived the horrific bus crash because I saved everyone. :)

Blue nail polish from Slovakia

This is a really pretty blue nail polish. I bought it in a small village/town in Slovakia. I know nothing about it. I don't know the brand or the shade. I just know it's pretty. And I love it because I only need one coat.

S&M is a great song. I love it. It's absolutely fantastic. I personally think the remix with Britney Spears is way way better. First of all, I love Britney Spears. She's amazing. Secondly, her verse has great lyrics. Rihanna's verse that was replaced wasn't very good or interesting. It was unnecessary. And also, Britney brought the S&M to the song S&M. Her verse is actually sexual, unlike Rihanna's. I don't even listen to the original anymore. I have the remix and that's what I'm used to. So when I hear the original on the radio, I really miss Britney in it. I think Rihanna and Britney are both such great artists and I love that they worked together on this song. It's a great song for both of them. I like it like it come on!

Zombie Ship dream

I have some seriously weird dreams. Crazy. Insane. I wonder how my mind comes up with them. So I decided, hey, why not blog about them? I'll be able to remember the really funny ones! So I'm going to start blogging about my dreams. I'll start off with last night's dream. This one isn't too insane, but still pretty crazy.

So, I'm on a ship. This is one of those huge ships. The purpose of this ship was to move people to another continent. Some extreme disaster happened on North America so everyone had to be relocated to another place on Earth. So this boat is like it's own city, it has EVERYTHING. It's a ginormous boat. We're in the middle of an ocean somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Some scientists are doing their job in the labs. And something goes wrong. Somehow the scientists accidentally create a zombie virus. So it breaks out of course, and everyone starts getting attacked by zombies. So now there's a whole bunch of zombies everywhere on the ship. And more and more people start becoming zombies. I'm on the ship somewhere close to an outdoor section of the boat. There's a guy in front of me who is running for his life. And so am I. We reach the outdoor section, it was just a little walkway with some benches. Of course it has huge railings. The guy climbs up on the big metal bars of the railing as I'm running towards it. I turn around and there's at least three zombies after me. He sees me and knows that I won't be able to climb up there myself. So I run and I run as fast as I can and he reaches out a hand. I grab onto him and step on the first rail and he pulls me up to the top. We both stand there for a second looking at each other. And then we jump. I'm falling through the air and I see the water getting closer and closer to me. And then I hit the water, and water surrounds me. And then darkness and quiet...


So there was my zombie dream. I was disappointed that I didn't try to fight the zombies at all. I just ran and then jumped off the ship. In my dream I killed myself instead of even attempt to survive. I don't know if I was being smart or cowardly. There's no way that anyone would survive on board, there were so many zombies EVERYWHERE. And there was no where for the ship to dock. So I jumped.

Today my brother found out that dry shampoo exists

Today my brother walked into my room and says "I wish there was shampoo, that you can just spray on your hair and then brush it and your hair is clean!" I said nothing. I just handed him my 3 bottles of dry shampoo. He replied "Whaaaat??" in shock.
Hahahaha. It was too funny. 

Mango - Petites

This polish is such a pretty shade of orange. It's bright, but not neon. I've had it for a really long time, but the polish is still so smooth! I had no problems applying it. It wasn't thick or streaky, which made me extremely happy. Especially since I was expecting it to be a mess. But I was happily surprised! :)

I love it when I find awesome stuff in Dollar Tree!

I love that store. I really do. Everything is a dollar. One dollar. One dolla. Just one. How fantastic is that? For people like me who don't have a lot of money, it's absolutely great. And they have good stuff in that store. They have a wide selection. It's like a mini cheap Walmart. You can't find everything, or the best of everything, but hey, I'm happy with it. Every now and then I find something really awesome that I would have paid way more for if I bought it somewhere else. I save money shopping there. I love Dollar Tree!

I hate it when my brother uses my hair products

My brother and I share a bathroom. (It's horrible). I used to keep my shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I don't anymore because he would always use it. That may sound just plain greedy and selfish of me. But hear me out. My hair is dyed and really dry. I wash it twice a week. My brother washes his hair everyday. I do not buy cheap shampoo. I don't buy expensive salon stuff either, but my shampoo and conditioner aren't any cheap generic brand. He would end up using the majority of my shampoo and conditioner. And then when it was empty, he'd just leave it in the shower. So when it was time to wash my hair, the bottle would be empty and I'd have nothing. It irritated me so much! So now I keep my hair products in my room. Away from him.

Great Debate: Coke or Pepsi?

Pepsi. Coke. 2 famous sodas. How do you pick between them?
I personally like both. I hardly ever drink sodas, so I don't have a favorite. To me, they taste very similar. Lots of people tell me that they're completely different, though. Friends of mine will say they love Coke, but hate Pepsi. And vice versa. So both of them are not for everyone I guess. Hmm...
So which one is your favorite? If you could only pick one, which one?
This is a hard decision for me because I like both, but if I could only have one, I'd probably take a Pepsi. "For those who think young" ;)

I absolutely love these containers/bottles! They're so convenient and make some of my beauty products so much easier to use. Seriously, check them out. For a dollar, how can you say no?

Sally Girl light purple Polish

This is another Sally Girl polish. This one is light purple. And it's very light. Very sheer. I think I put on 4 coats of it just to get it to be light purple. It wasn't messy and it dried pretty quickly, so doing 4 coats wasn't a problem. It's just a hassle, you know? I hate sheer polish =(

I love it when my car has a full tank of gas

Gas is expensive. And I hate having to worry about it every time I'm driving on E. So after I fill up my car, and the tank is full, I'm so happy :)  I can drive as much as I want. I can go anywhere and not worry about running out of gas. It just feels so good to drive around :)

I really want some Pringles right now. Why? I don't know. I almost never eat chips. It's a rare occasion. So why do I want some Pringles right now?? hmm...

I hate it when a big car parks on each side beside me

My car is very little. So when a big car, like an SUV or truck, is parked on each side of me, I get frustrated. When I'm trying to back out of the spot, I can't see anything at all! I can't see if a car is coming or not. It makes me really nervous. When I'm backing out, by the time I can see if a car is coming, the back of my car is already out in the road. If a car was coming, then it would see me and stop right? Well I don't trust other drivers. It's scary. And it makes getting out of a parking spot very difficult.

When I was little..I wanted an Irish husband

I've always loved accents. My favorite is Irish. So when I was younger, I always said I would marry an Irish man. So that I could hear a sexy Irish accent every day :) Now that I'm older I know I can't pick a husband just on his nationality, there's lots of more important things. I've never been to Ireland, but I might go there someday. And who knows? I might meet a really great guy. You never know! ;)

This is another beautiful song by Rihanna. I love her upbeat dance tunes, but when she makes a semi-slow song, I think that's when she's at her best. I think her slower songs are her best ones.
This song is a sad love song. It's about falling apart or growing distant from the person you love. But still hoping everything will turn out okay and not wanting to give up. But not knowing how to fix things. Well that's what I got from it, but I'm sure I'm super close. It's a really meaningful song. The lyrics are pretty, and the melody is very nice. And also, her tattoos look great in that picture. I know that doesn't really have anything to do with the song, but still I wanted to point that out. This song is really pleasant to listen to, even though it is sad. I love this song. :)

The White Stripes. They were a pretty good band. They made a lot of music. And I have all of their albums. I have to say, many of their songs sound alike and they blend together to me. But they have some songs that really stand out to me. Blue Orchid is one of my favorites from them. I really like it alot. I think it's one of their lesser-known songs, so check it out if you've never heard of it! It's pretty cool!

I really wanted to see this movie when it came out. I missed it in theaters but a friend rented it so we watched it together. And I really liked this movie. First of all let me say, the cast was amazing. The most gorgeous cast I've ever seen in a movie. Seriously. Whoever decided to put all these sexy men in a movie together is a genius!! So much eye candy. Yummy. I loved every single one of them.
Anyway, I really liked this movie. And I don't want to spoil too much of it, but it does not have a happy ending. It's a pretty sad movie. Because it's realistic. And I love when movies are realistic. So for me, I thought it was great. I was happy that finally someone made a movie about thieves that was realistic and showed what could happen instead of everything going perfectly and everyone ending up being rich. Even though it was sad to see the beautiful men get hurt, I really enjoyed watching this movie. I really want to watch it again! I think this movie is fantastic.

Split Ends :(

I hate split ends. Who doesn't? I have thin and weak hair, so of course I have tons of split ends in my hair. The only way that I know of to get rid of them is to cut them off. So that's what I do when I get really bored. I just look through my hair after dividing it into sections and then I snip off as many split ends as I can find. I realize getting a hair cut would help this situation, but I refuse to cut my hair. I don't want to lose any length! So I just cut off split ends. It takes a long time, and I don't even know if it helps any. But that's how I deal with it.

I'm not a fan of country music. Sorry, but I just never liked it. Occasionally I'll hear a country song that I like, but that's rare. "Songs Like This" by Carrie Underwood is one of these rare cases. I really like it and I think it's catchy!  I like the meaning of it too. It's about revenge, but the way she says it, the lyrics are really good! Of course I'd like this song way more if it was a different genre, but for a county song, I must say it's pretty good!

I hate it when an artist I dislike makes a song I do like

I know that's mean, but when I really dislike an artist or someone famous, I don't want to like the music they make. And when they do make a song that I like, I wish someone else sang it. Does that make sense? I don't want to support someone who I'm not a fan of. I feel like I'm betraying myself. Do you know what I mean? Well I'm listening to a song by Selena Gomez right now...

Pure Ice - Wild Thing

This green is so interesting. I wouldn't call it lime green, or light green, or even yellow-green. I don't know what to call it. So I'll go with alien green. It's really pretty!! haha. It was thick and streaky, but not too messy. And I think it was worth the medium amount of frustration. Because it looks really cool :D

I love it when I finish up a beauty product

I love cosmetics, so of course I have a lot of beauty products. And when I have so much stuff, it's not often that I use up something and can throw it away. Often, I forget about what I have and never get to get the full use from it. So when I do completely finish up a product, after using all of it up, I feel a sense of accomplishment. It might sound silly, but I love that satisfaction of knowing I used all of it. And if I did use all of it, that means I really liked it and it worked for me. And what's better than that?

You are beautiful. And this song is beautiful. I love listening to it. When it came out I didn't like it too much, it didn't really stand out to me or grab my attention. But I heard it somewhere recently and it's been playing in my head since then :)  Now I absolutely love it! The melody is so nice and peaceful and the lyrics are so touching. It really is a beautiful song. It's about seeing someone that is so beautiful, but you can't have them or be with them. All you can do is stand back and admire their beauty. You want them, but can't have them. It has some sadness in it as he is singing about how he'll never be with her. He seems hurt, but he's still so awestruck by the beauty he sees :)  It's a great song ♥

Another makeup tutorial! ORANGE LIPS :)

I really wanted to use my bright orange lipstick :) So I did a tutorial using it. Yes, the whole makeup look was based on the lipstick :P

When I was little..I pretended I was a teacher

I was the teacher and all my stuffed animals were my students. I'd come home from school, and then I'd teach my stuffed animals. I set up part of my room as my classroom. I was completely into it. I had a whiteboard and Expo markers. I made a chart for attendance and grades. I gave homework assignments, tests, and projects. I actually taught. I'd have lessons. I did this everyday after school for a good amount of years in elementary school. I really enjoyed it, but I never actually wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. I just did it because it was fun. And now looking back, I realize how lonely I was.

I hate it when I love a song in a foreign language

Why? Because I can't sing along! And that really frustrates me. If I listen to it enough, I'll learn some it. Not completely correctly, but I can make up words to make it sound kinda right. I can sing along to songs in Slovak, because I speak that language of course. I can also sing along to songs in Russian, because I speak a Slavic language so I can sing in Russian if I remember what the lyrics sound like. I love Korean pop music, but there's no way I can speak Korean. I also like some French songs, I took French in high school but that is not an easy language to copy. I also have songs in Spanish, but I don't like that language so I don't listen to them much. I just wish all of my favorite songs were in English or Slovak. So then I could sing along as much as I wanted!

I am absolutely obsessed with this song. I listen to it over and over and over again. It is for sure one of my favorite songs of the year.  I definitely think it's one of Katy Perry's best songs. I don't the video is good, but the song is amazing! It's a metaphorical love song, where she compares her boy to an alien. Sounds a bit strange, right? But the lyrics make sense, and I think they're wonderful. The beat sounds like t.A.T.u.'s "All The Things She Said", it's extremely similar. But the melodies are different. "E.T." is such a great song, I'm so incredibly in love with it! I like the version without Kanye West better though. I like his raps, but he just seems so extra and un-needed in it. The version without him flows way better. I can't stop listening to this song!! :)

L.A. Girl - Hyper?

I'm not sure of the shade of this polish. The sticker fell off and I don't remember it. I looked on the website to try to match it but their swatches weren't good so I just guessed. Sorry!
This nail polish is awesome. It's such a pretty hot neon pink. Of course my webcam doesn't do it any justice. Also, with my sunglasses, it looks neon orange! haha It was really cool to take my glasses on and off and look at the polish :P

Copper Liner & Pink Lips

I really like wearing coppery bronze eye liner because I think it looks so flashy and eye catching. Especially with green eyes :)

T.I. is one of my favorite rappers.
Christina Aguilera is one of my favorite singers.
And they made a song together. And it's amazing.
When I found out they worked together, I got so excited. And when I listened to the song, I could not have been more satisfied. "Castle Walls" is perfect!! I absolutely love it. It's definitely one of his best songs. The melody is beautiful. And the lyrics are meaningful and full of emotion. Amazing song. Words can not express how much I love this song!!

THOR

Back in May I went to the movies to see Thor. When my friends invited me, I did not know it was 3D. I don't like 3D movies. They mess with my eyes and mind..... Anyway, so we go to the movies and I get nervous when I'm handed the 3D glasses. But I saw the movie anyway. And I'm really glad that I went to go see it. If I knew before hand it was 3D I wouldn't have went. But in the end I'm glad I did. This movie was very entertaining. It definitely kept all of my attention. And the 3D wasn't too bad. It was definitely what made the movie. Without the 3D, it wouldn't have been as effective. The visuals would just have been weird without it. Also, Thor is a very handsome man. Very. The character's outfits made me giggle a bit, but they weren't too bad. The magical world where the lived was very over the top extravagant, but it worked because of the 3D. So overall, I would say this is a pretty cool movie. It was definitely entertaining.

White shadow & Black liner

So I know this is a bad picture. It's kinda blurry, my neck is bent, I'm really white, blah blah blah. But the makeup is pretty! I don't wear white eyeshadow often, but when I do I really like it. I put black liquid liner on my top lashes and then just gray pencil liner on the bottom. I really like how it came out! And it totally matched my zebra shirt :) I liked the pink lips too.

I was at a club and this song came on. There was a big screen where the played the video and I instantly fell in love with it! I thought it was just so awesome. I didn't know what it was called though, or who the artist was. So the next day when a friend was watching some YouTube videos on my laptop, I noticed a thumbnail of a related video that looked like that cool video I saw! I clicked on it, and it was the song!! I was insanely happy. It's called "Wobble" by V.I.C. So here it is for you to watch for yourself! It's fantastic! "Yeaaaaaaaahhhh" :)

I did an outfit video!!

Question: Does anyone in this world care what clothes I wore on this day that I filmed this video?  Nope, didn't think so. Buuuut, I still did an Outfit Of The Day video. And you know what? It was fun! I really enjoyed it! So here it is! I think my outfit was so cute haha

Subway Eat Fresh!

I love Subway sandwiches. They are fantastic. When I'm hungry and have to go out to buy myself something to eat, Subway is usually my #1 choice. I hate unhealthy fast food, so Subway is always a good choice. I get almost the same thing everytime. Sometimes I'll get different breads or I'll leave out some vegetable, but most of the time I get the exact same sandwich. It's just soooo goooood!!

People who like their own facebook statuses

It just makes me laugh. Because, come on, it's pretty pathetic.
If you're going to post something as your status, well then of course you like it because if you didn't then you wouldn't post it! But you don't have to literally go and press the Like button. That's kinda lame, no offense... It's like "Hey look at my status, it's cool!". It could even be like a form of bragging. Or just a way to try to make your status look cooler than it really is. But whatever it is, my point is, don't like your own facebook status. You'll look dumb.

I just realized...I haven't had a good nap in a while

Now that's it summer I don't really need nap time. I just sleep as long as I want. So it's not like I'm dead tired from waking up early in the morning after just a few hours of sleep. So I don't have naptime anymore. Hmm...I know it's a good thing that I'm not exhausted. But still, naptime just feels so good... :)

I believe that Cher's "The Way Of Love" is one of the best songs ever written. It's an absolutely amazing song. The melody is beautiful and the lyrics are meaningful and honest. It's one of her older songs, it's from the 70's.  You can listen to it right here on YouTube.  It's fantastic. Out of all the music ever created, this is one of my favorite songs ever!!  I love Cher, she's amazing. "The Way Of Love" is such beautiful art. I love listening to it. I can replay it over and over and over again. ♥♥♥♥♥

Why you gotta park by me?

Sometimes when I go somewhere, I'll park in a spot towards the back where not many cars are parked. And if my parking turns out to be bad, then I just shrug it off and think "If it's too bad, then no one will park by me". If I do think that someone will need the spots beside me, I will fix my parking so I won't be an inconsiderate parker. But if I honestly think no one will have to park there, I'll just let it be. So then when I come back to my car and see that someone actually did park beside my horribly parked car, I wonder, Why in the world would someone park next to this?! I just don't understand. There's all these empty spots and they picked the one beside me when my parking sucks. *sigh* I just don't get it. I won't park beside a badly parked car, but I guess some people don't mind at all!

Don't lie to people to try to make them feel better

It doesn't work. Especially if the person knows you're lying. Then that just makes it all worse! Why can't people just be honest? I know that everybody lies, and not one single person has been honest about everything their whole life, but purposefully lying just because you don't want to upset them is ridiculous. Don't be so afraid of letting someone know the truth! Sometimes people lie to be supportive, to comfort someone, to give them a polite opinion, or lots of other stuff, and I just don't understand why they feel the need to do this. Just be honest!! So what if it hurts their feelings? They need to know the truth!!!
So the next time your friend asks you if her outfit is cute and she looks like a complete mess, save her the embarrassment and don't let her go out looking like trash! :) haha
But in all sincerity, be honest!!

It's June!

It is now June. It's summer. Even though I've been having summer break already for a while now, because it's now June I feel like it is officially summer. Everywhere. Even though there are schools that continue into June, but not where I live so I'll just ignore that and go back to enjoying that it's summer. Since college starts later in August than high school, this is the longest summer of my life! :) 
I could never decide if I like June or July better...one of them is my favorite month. They're both extremely similar so it's hard to pick. But right now I'm happy that it's June!

When I was little..I thought high school was the end of school

I didn't know what colleges or universities were. I thought high school was the end. I thought that after I'd graduate, I'd get a job somewhere, and live life. I didn't realize I'd have to continue going to school after that. Then when I got older and found out that I have to go to college, I was really upset. I've always hated school, and now I have to continue?! Oh I was not happy when I realized this. Of course now I'm 18 and I already know which college I'm going to and what I'm going to study and all that. Now it doesn't seem so bad. I know going to college is the best thing to do in life right now. But when I was younger, oh it was horrible....haha!

This is Rimmel London's 60 Second nail polish in the color Red Carpet. The only thing I like about this polish is the shade name. Sure the color is pretty, but it's just plain red. Nothing really unique here. And it chips like crazy! It's really disappointing how soon it starts to look horrible...

The first time I heard this song I wasn't impressed. Sure it sounded cool, but nothing about it really made me fall in love with it. But the more I listened to it, the more it grew on me. It got to the point where I would replay it over and over again. (you know how I obsess over songs haha)  Now I love it. It's super catchy and makes me want to bust out in random strange dance moves. I think it's one hundred times better than "Born This Way". I was super super disappointed with that song. It just didn't sound like Lady Gaga at all! But with this one, she definitely redeemed herself in my book. I thought the video was interesting too. Lady Gaga actually looked pretty in some parts. So overall, this song is pretty good. Not Lady Gaga's best, but it's still fun to listen to.

New Tutorial!

It's been such a long time since I've made a tutorial. But I really wanted to make another one so this is what I did. I think it's super cute. But then again I think all my tutorial looks are super cute....I know I'm biased okay? Haha :D

I miss Glamour...

I don't get my favorite magazine anymore :( They canceled on me because I kept procrastinating with the bill. I waited till it was too late :(  I can get another subscription anytime I want, I realize this, but I think it's such a hassle. And magazines always want you to renew and pay again when your subscription isn't even expired! That annoys me...so that's why I waited so long this time. Apparently a bit too long...

Her new album Femme Fatale is fantastic. I really love it. I wouldn't say it's her best (Blackout is my favorite) but it's one of her best ones. The songs are super catchy and have great melodies and fun beats. I have no idea what my favorite song from this album is. There's just so many wonderful songs! I love the whole sound of this album. The songs are dance, techno, and dubstep all put together. It sounds awesome!

Jumper

Wow I wish I could teleport. OMG my life would be amazing. Seriously, I think about this many many times in my life. So when I watched Jumper, the whole entire movie I sat there wishing I could teleport.*sigh* If only I had that ability... Anyway, on to the movie. It's interesting. I like Hayden Christiansen and Rachel Bilson. They were so cute together, just saying. I did not however understand why the hell Samuel L Jackson had white hair. His beard was black, but the hair on the top of his head was white. It looked ridiculous. Seriously, who's idea was that?!
I thought this movie was pretty cool! The whole teleporting thing was awesome!! He went to some really amazing places.  The action wasn't that fantastic in my opinion, but overall it had a cool effect. This movie was fun to watch, and I do recommend it!

Tip in Life about hating on ugly shoes

I love shoes. LOVE. I have over 30 pairs of high heels. So I really hate ugly shoes. They just disgrace all the gorgeous ones! But here's my tip: Before you start talking about how ugly and horrible a certain type of shoe is, make sure no one around is wearing them.

When I was little..I was obsessed with Barbie dolls

Barbie!! Oh how I loved her. I had so many Barbie dolls..I don't even know the exact number. I think I played with Barbies everyday when I was a little kid. I was obsessed! And I got so into it. I would set up the setting or location. I never had a Barbie house, so I made their rooms in my drawers in my furniture. I had horse stables, a tour bus, a dentist chair set up, a Mustang, a Corvette, and I don't even remember what else. I improvised alot too. For example, their beds were usually tissue boxes with a piece of cloth on them. I was serious about my Barbies. I could play with them for hours!! Ah, how I loved my Barbies :)

Sally Girl light blue polish

This is another little polish from Sally Girl. These shades are not named, so the best I can give you is "light blue". It's not really that light though. It's more of just a regular blue. But they have darker ones so therefore I call this one light blue.

Acne Wash Review!

Neutrogena's Pink Grapefruit Acne Wash really helped my skin ALOT! I was super impressed :) So I did a review on it. I know must reviews are done a while after it was bought, but I did my review when mine was almost empty. I did not plan it that way, but it does show how much I loved it since I used all of it!

I hate it when I can't fall asleep

Insomnia is horrible. I hate it. If you know me, then you know I love sleeping. So when I can't fall asleep, it's tragic for me. I lay in my bed and I get upset that I can't fall asleep. Especially if I have a certain time that I need to wake up in the morning. That's the worst!  I've always had trouble falling asleep, it always takes me while. So I'm used to that. But when it becomes way too long, or I don't feel tired at all, or when I do feel tired but I just can't fall asleep, it is absolutely terrible!! I hate nights like those :(

Now, I am not old enough to drink in this county. But I can still enjoy this song. It's super super catchy and the beat is great for dancing. I love the girls' accents too. I think it makes this song sound even cooler. I really like the melody of the verses and the choruses are upbeat and catchy. I've never heard of these girls before. I discovered this song on Pandora radio, but besides that and YouTube, I've never heard this song or anything of this group before anywhere else. I guess when your hit single is about nothing but alcohol then it might be hard to go mainstream. I don't know though. But even though the song didn't do well here, I still really like it. And even if you don't drink, or if you can't, you can still like this song.

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street

I recently rented this movie because we started watching it in a class, but we didn't finish it. And I hate when I don't see movies from beginning to end. So I rented it to watch it.
This is a musical, which I usually hate. But it has Johnny Depp, so I didn't mind too much. Well actually, I didn't mind at all because his voice is amazing! Ah I love it! I've never heard him sing before this and I was super impressed. And even though they had him looking a mess in this film, he was still attractive. It's hard for him to be ugly. Fact.
This movie is very strange. The whole put-dead-people-in-pies thing is really gross. But I did like how dark this movie is. By that I mean the colors and settings and all that. The visuals looked really cool. Speaking about visuals, when Sweeney was killing people, it looked so fake. He slit their throats and so much blood squirted in all directions. So so fake. But I guess it fit the movie.
Overall, I can't say that I like this movie but I can't say I dislike it. It's kinda in the middle for me. It's pretty good though. If you like musicals, check it out. But if you don't like musicals, then I wouldn't recommend it because they sings allll the tiiiime. But then again, the actors have really good voices. So you might like it after all. I think this is a type of movie that you have to watch to know if you'd enjoy it or not.

I love it when I find money in my pockets

It's a fantastic day when I randomly put my hands in my pockets and I find money. It's usually not alot, I've never found more than a twenty, but hey that's good enough for me! A while back, maybe 2-3 years ago, in attempt to save my money, I would purposefully hide bills in my clothes' pockets. But it would be clothes that I wouldn't wear soon. If it was winter, I'd hide money in my tiny shorts. And if it was summer, I would hide money in my jackets. So it saved me money! Because when I thought I was broke, I actually wasn't. I just forgot about that money. But I stopped doing that. So now when I find money, it's actually really finding money. Does that make sense?

Of course I knew the car turned based on the steering wheel, but I thought it also went forward when you had your hands on the wheel. So when my dad let go of the steering wheel and the car kept going, I was amazed!! I just sat there and thought "The car is still moving!! How is he doing that??"

Tip in Life about Dark Furniture

If you want to have dark furniture, be prepared to dust alot. Because every tiny speck of dust shows up obviously. And it keeps coming back. So dust one day, the next day there's already more dust. So only get dark furniture if you don't mind dusting all. the. time.

The Real World!

I love The Real World. LOVE. It's one of my favorite tv shows. I got into it with the Cancun season. I've been watching it since then. I would have to say that Cancun was my favorite season. But I still really love the show now. It's just so interesting to me. I've always loved reality shows because they are insightful; I get to see how other people live, and know their story. Yes, this show can get a bit crazy with the drama, but hey they have to make it interesting somehow! But I still believe that this is one reality show that isn't completely scripted. I mean, hello, it's called The REAL World. Duh!

I love Cobra Starship. Their songs are funny, entertaining, catchy, and great for dancing and listening. :)

August

I watched August some time ago. Why? Because it has Josh Hartnett in it and I have a ginormous crush on him. So I rented it without really knowing much about it. I don't care what a movie is about as long as it has him in it ♥  So let me just say, Damn he looks good in this movie. I mean he looks good in every movie, but in this one especially. His character had so many tattoos, which I am a huge fan of. So Josh Hartnett inked? Ummm...sexyyyyy.

Okay I'll stop talking about him now. I'll get to the actual movie part. I didn't understand it. Nope, I just didn't get it. All I understood was that Josh's character and his brother owned a business and they had 4 weeks before something bad happened. I have absolutely no idea what their business did. Or how they got so much money. Or why they were rapidly failing. Or what was going to happen when those four weeks ended. This movie just made no sense to me. I was so confused. So I recommend this movie to Josh Hartnett fans. Because, well you know. Also I recommend to people in business careers because you might understand what was going on.

I hate it when a Facebook message notification disappoints me

So I'm on the internet doing whatever it is that I'm doing. And of course I have a Facebook tab opened. So I'd doing whatever, and I see a number pop up on the Facebook tab. I'm currently in a conversation with someone, so I think it's them and then I eagerly go to reply to it. I click on it, and I see that the message is from someone else. Not the person I was waiting for a message from. Disappointment! I'll still talk to that other person, no problem! But still...you know how nice it is when you see a message from that one person...

Nothing to eat...

You know how there are some days when you wake up to a chill lazy day at home, you don't have to go anywhere, you don't have to do anything, you just stay at home in your pjs and relax? Well a day like this can be frustrating when you wake up for lunchtime and there is nothing to eat in your kitchen. And I mean nothing. Not even any bread. Yea, that's a problem when there's no bread in your house. This situation just ruins a day like this. Because then you might have to go buy some food, and therefore your lazy-don't-leave-the-house day gets messed up because you in fact, had to leave your house.

I. Love. This. Song. It's fantastic.

As you can see, it's got some naughty lyrics there. And that picture is kinda scary. And she makes some crazy facial expressions in the video. But, it's a great song. It's so catchy and the beat is awesome. I'm not exactly sure what the song is about...I just interpret it as being as tough and hardcore as a dude. But I could be way off, who knows. I think Jessie J is so freaking pretty. She's a fly chick :)  I love her British accent, but it kinda disappears when she sings. I just love this song. After I heard it the first time, I was so obsessed! I listened to it over and over again for I don't even know how many days. It's one of those songs that when I hear, I have to play it again. I can't listen to it just once. This song is off the chain.

I hate it when people cut my legs off in pictures

I often ask people to take pictures for me. Because I love taking pictures with people. So I ask someone kindly to take it, and I hand them my camera. They snap the photo, I thank them and take my camera. Later on in life, I put the pictures on my laptop. And as I click through the photos I get upset because (almost) everyone cut off my legs on the picture. So many people take pictures only from waist up. Which irritates me! Am I the only person in the world who prefers pictures of my whole body? I hate it when people don't include my legs on the photo!! I really like my legs, I want them on the picture. And it's not just that my legs aren't on the picture, it's the whole concept of not taking the picture of the entire subjects, the whole person. It irritates me so much. Recently, I've been having to tell people before they take the picture to make sure our whole bodies are on the photograph. Ughh some people should never hold cameras...

Tea

It might be summer already, but I still love a hot cup of tea :)  Any season, any temperature, I don't care, tea is always perfect!

I love it when the sun rises before I go to sleep

I love being nocturnal. I love it when I stay up all night and then go to sleep after the sun rises. It's really nice to see my room go from completely dark to light. I don't know how long it takes, but I love that moment when I realize the sun is about to rise. When that tiny hint of light fills my room. There's a beautiful blue-ish glow. Then it turns to a warm color. Seeing the sun's light as it rises is truly beautiful. And it just feels good to me to go to sleep in the morning. I love it ☼

Push

I watched Push in 2 days. I was at a sleepover. I don't remember if we started watching it at night and fell asleep...or if we started watching it before we went somewhere and didn't finish it before we left. Either way, I watched it in 2 sittings. Does that really matter to this blog post? Not really.
I think the cast in this movie is really good. Chris Evans is super duper hot. And Camilla Belle is beautiful. Dakota Fanning was mature and seemed more grown up. There were other people too, but I don't remember them. Anyway, I thought this movie was okay. I liked the whole idea of it, but I think it could have been better. It has potential. I love the whole super power thing, so of course I wanted to watch it. And during the whole movie, I kept thinking about which super power I would want if I was one of them. I think I'd want to be a Pusher. They're the ones who can put thoughts into people's heads and make them believe whatever you want them to. They manipulate people's minds. Cool, right?!
Yea, I'd think that would be extremely awesome.
There was some action in this movie, and a love story, and cool super powers. It's an alright movie. But hey, if you have the time, check it out.

Center Part

A lot of people hate on center parted hair! I don't understand why. I like it! I do think that on me, it usually looks bad in photos. Not this picture, I like this one. Heehee. But anyway...I switch up my part. Now that I'm trying to let my bangs grow up, it's easiest to part my hair in the middle so my bangs don't fall in my face. When I have a side part, I slant them and they fall in front of my eyes. So I don't know which part is my favorite, or which looks best on me. I say, switch it up!

Itty bitty nail polish. These are sold at Sally's for 99 cents. This shade is a beautiful dark blue. I used 2 coats, though. The first is a bit sheer.

I love it when there's good food in the fridge

I leave my room with a hunger for food in my stomach. I walk to the kitchen with hopes of eating something good. I stand in front of the refrigerator. I put my hand on the fridge door. It's the moment of truth. I pull open the door. I look inside. And there it is.
Good. Food.


I just love it when there's food in my fridge that I like! It's so sad when I can't find anything to eat. My mom goes grocery shopping so it's all up to her what goes in the fridge. Or shall I say, what goes in my stomach.

I love it when the rain puts me to sleep

I love it when it rains at night. Because I love laying in my bed listening to the rain. It's so peaceful and relaxing. I don't even want to sleep when it rains, because I want to hear it. And when there's thunder every now and then, even better :)

Chingyyyy

So when I was watching The Haunting of Molly Hartley, there is a scene where she goes to a party. When she's dancing, I noticed there is a really cool song playing. I loved it! So I looked up the track list on the internet. I found out that Chingy's song "U A Freak" was in the movie, and I knew it was from the party scene because once I thought of it, I realized it was his voice. This song makes me want to dance!! I love the beat and the rhythm and the melody. I especially love the beginning. The siren, and then the beat comes in and then Chingyyyy!!  It's just so catchy! I don't understand some of the lyrics, but then again alot of rap songs have lyrics that I don't get...haha!
